Q: How to go back to the Home page?
A: Click on on the "home" logo on the top right corner.
Q: How to narrow down my search?
A: There are 2 ways, one is with the Filter function. Click on "Filter", then pick the criteria you like, the page will automatically display filtered findings within our database. Or you can click on "Search", and set your own criteria. Both are easy to use.
Q: How to search the black list or buyer feedbacks with different criteria?
A: Click on "search" button at the top left corner, choose or type in your criteria, then click on "search".
Q: How do I download the blacklist?
A: Currently only the "worst of the worst" list can be "copied" then "pasted" into your ebay account. These are the worst offenders on ebay according to the feedbacks we received. The reason we don't have a regular download list is because your ebay account only allows you to add so many blocked Ids, and we have already exceeded that limit. So, even if you wanted to, you can't even add them into your ebay account.
